Adron Group Targets Agribusiness, Partners Niger Foods | ClipTV Online

Housing to Farming, Adron Group Set to Explore Food Production

Adron Group is exploring a strategic partnership with the Niger Foods Breeding and Feedlot Center to expand opportunities in livestock production. The expansion includes agribusiness, and structured agricultural development in Niger State to improve food security.

The proposed collaboration was discussed during a strategic visit by Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, Chairman and Group CEO of Adron Group, to the Niger Foods Breeding and Feedlot Center.

The discussion focused on opportunities within the potential value chain and the possible development of specialized Adron Farm Estates across Niger State. With the Niger Foods Breeding and Feedlot Center expected to facilitate the partnership food security is set to improve.

Adron Group Breeds Real Estate With Agriculture

Adron Group, through its real estate arm, Adron Homes and Properties, has developed expertise in structured estate development and infrastructure. This expansion into agriculture aims to leverage that experience to develop purpose-built agricultural communities.

The envisioned Adron Farm Estates would provide well-organized, secure land layouts supported by infrastructure for commercial farming, livestock production, and agro-processing.

During the visit, the Adron Group delegation toured the Niger Foods Breeding and Feedlot Center, where discussions underscored the importance of modern infrastructure and organization in tackling challenges in Nigeria’s agricultural production and distribution systems.

The proposed partnership combines Adron Group’s experience in land development and infrastructure with the Niger Foods Breeding and Feedlot Center.

If successful, this initiative could create new opportunities for farmers, livestock producers, investors, and other stakeholders across the agricultural value chain. It could also boost job creation, rural development, and attract more investment into Niger State’s agricultural sector.

The proposed Adron Farm Estates exemplify a new approach that merges real estate development with agricultural production, creating planned environments where farming, livestock, and agro-processing operate within an organized infrastructure.

For Niger State, this initiative could enhance its position within Nigeria’s agricultural economy and attract private-sector investment in livestock and related value chains.

As discussions continue, this partnership symbolizes Adron Group’s effort to explore new development models, combining real estate expertise with agricultural opportunities to support food production, enterprise growth, and broader economic development.
