Ogunlewe Distributes Transformers to CDAs, Commission Three Roads | ClipTV Online

Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, the Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, has commissioned and distributed 500 Kva transformers to eight Community Development Associations (CDAs).

The Chairman of the CDC confirmed that the transformers are brand new, commending Ogunlewe for this significant progress. He urged constituents to ensure the safety of these transformers, which are intended to alleviate energy challenges in the local government.

Hon. Sanni Ganiu Okanlawon (OKLA), representing Kosofe Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, congratulated Ogunlewe for this milestone. OKLA praised Ogunlewe’s exceptional performance in various areas, including education, health, and infrastructure.

He highlighted the council’s achievements, such as the construction of 36 roads and a public health center in Oworonshoki in collaboration with Access Bank Plc, as well as the provision of boreholes and palliative support for the populace.

He acknowledged the contributions of the Secretary to the Local Government, ward councilors, the Chief of Staff, and the APC party. OKLA noted the infrastructural developments in Millennium Estate Gbagada, Ifako, Oworo, and Odunifa, and expressed no regret in voting Ogunlewe as Chairman three years ago, advocating for his return ticket.

Ogunlewe, in his remarks, expressed gratitude to Hon. Sanni Okanlawon for his support and facilitation of many state road reconstructions in Kosofe. “We are Oliver twist, we will ask for more”, he said.

He sought more support from the Lagos State House of Assembly to renovate Ajayi Aina Road in Ifako, Oduduwa Road, and other areas.

He emphasized the importance of electricity for businesses, education, and health, urging the community to protect the transformers from vandalism.

Ogunlewe also announced the commissioning of three additional roads to ease navigation around Anthony Village, attributing his administration’s success to his hardworking team.

A beneficiary noted that “Mudi Road had been dilapidated before Hon. Ogunlewe was elected,” showcasing the tangible improvements made under his leadership.

Ogunlewe assured constituents of more developmental projects to come, highlighting the collective effort and dedication of his administration.
