Today, I heartily celebrate with my dear brother and colleague in the National Assembly, Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, FCA (Yayi) on his 53rd birthday.
Yayi, you are a parliamentarian par excellence. From the Lagos State House of Assembly to the Federal House of Representatives and now the Senate, you have continuously displayed the highest level of professionalism and competence in the discharge of your legislative duties.
The outstanding feats you have to your name are not surprising in the light of the robust corporate experience you garnered in the private sector as an accomplished Chartered accountant who excelled in the practice and became a Fellow.
We are proud of your achievements as the Chairman, Senate Committee on Finance and the tremendous contributions you are making to the advancement of progressive ideals in Lagos State and in Nigeria in general.
On this special occasion, I join family, friends, and political associates in wishing you happy 53rd birthday and pray that Almighty God gives good health and vitality as you age gracefully.
