ACP Olabisi Okuwobi, the National Coordinator of the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV), has been elected Public Relations Officer of the 13th Basic Stream Short Course on Strategic Leadership, Ethics, and Policy Making (SLEAPM) with an impressive 40 votes.

SLEAPM: Shaping Ethical Leaders for National Development
The SLEAPM Course 13, organized by the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in collaboration with the Leadership and Professional Ethics Consult, brought together over seventy high-ranking professionals from both the public and private sectors. This program aimed to equip participants with critical leadership skills, ethical decision-making frameworks, and policy development strategies to strengthen governance and institutional management.
