The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has announced to dedicate the 5th to 11th of July 2021 for the laying to rest service activities of the Prophet TB Joshua, at the Lagos SCOAN church premises.
The church Leadership, Dr. Gary Tonge Freng disclosed this on Tuesday during the Press conference at the Synagogue church Ikotun Lagos, that it is necessary to inform the general public of the week long funeral service rites of Prophet Temitope B. Joshua who died June 5 2021 and was born in June 12 1963, tagged the activities as “Celebrating The Life and Legacy of Prophet TB Joshua (1963-2021)”.
Gary Tonge expressed therefore that the laying to rest activities would not just hold by the church leadership but in collaboration with the Lagos state government, Health and Security protocols to ensure safety precautions.
July 5 – Candle light procession at 6pm (This is a private service) to be held in the Lagos church.
July 6-7 the tribute service at 10am -7pm (open to the public with limited seating)
Service of songs and all night praise from 12 midnight (open to the public with limited seat)
July 8 is the laying in State from 11am to 5pm which was said to be opened to the general public so as to pay the last respect to God’s servant Prophet TB Joshua.
July 9 is laying to rest service & interment at 10am and it is open to the public. While July 11 is the Thanksgiving service at 9am to 11am for everyone.
He however appealed to the those who cannot come physically to watch the broadcast at the comfort of their homes live on Emmanuel Television, GOTV, DSTV and to be streamed on Facebook while those who have specific roles to play are welcome and taking in consideration of the Covid 19 protocols.
Others in leadership present were Col Andy Aniboh, ESQ Ayodeji Olabiwonnu and Dr. Ugochi Alulas of the public health physician and members of the ministry.
