The Press Society to Sensitize Media Colleagues on Edo and Ondo 2024 Election | ClipTV Online

Ahead of the forthcoming 2024 Edo and Ondo States Gubernatorial election, The Press Society (TPS) is calling on journalists to apply and participate in its sensitisation workshop.

TPS is a non governmental organization with the aim of building journalists capacity with this workshop.

Considering the harsh economic reality across states in Nigeria which culminated to the recent protest. It is important for journalists covering elections to be more sensitive to this reality than other stakeholders.

To ensure this happens, The Press Society in one of its thematic area of focus Advocacy and Sensitisation is organizing a virtual sensitisation workshop.

The workshop is for journalists who wish to cover elections in Edo and Ondo States respectively. TPS Sensitization Meeting on Edo and Ondo States Election will be held on Google Meet.

The meeting scheduled for Sep 1  •  4 – 6 PM is to be held on Google Meet
