Adron Homes and Properties commences its week-long Annual National Retreat Convention on January 12, 2025. It welcomes delegates from across the nation to its transformative retreat themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025.” The event aims to reinforce leadership excellence, innovation, and strategic growth as the company advances its ambitious vision for 2025.
During the retreat, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, the Chairman/CEO of Adron Homes, delivered a powerful keynote session on Transformational Leadership, Performance Optimisation, and Human Capital Development. The retreat also featured a dynamic session by Adenike Ajobo, the Managing Director of Adron Homes, titled “Empowering Leaders to Inspire, Motivate, and Manage Diverse Teams Effectively Beyond Uncertainties.” Ajobo focused on equipping leaders with the skills necessary to navigate an ever-evolving business environment. Her session highlighted the importance of fostering resilience, adaptability, and innovation within teams to achieve long-term success.
Aminat Hasstrup, the Director General of Customer Service, delivered a thought-provoking presentation on Business Performance Assessment, Business Process Reengineering, and Industry Positioning. She underscored the need for continuous improvement and strategic positioning to maintain Adron Homes’ leadership in the real estate sector. Her session emphasized how refining processes and embracing innovation can drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
