The Executive Vice Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government and National Chairman of the Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria (ALGOVC), Aarebirin Hon. Princess Dr. Folashade Olabanji-Oba, has extended her warmest birthday wishes to Otunba Dr. Saheed Oladapo Ibikunle, a distinguished board member of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB).
