Endorsement galore for Moyo Ogunlewe

……score of Party Stalwarts laud his achievements.

It was a carnival of some sort at Emmanuel High street, ojota, Lagos, the venue of grand finale of campaign tagged mega rally for Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe and other councillors seeking reelection back to Kosofe local government Council.

The ‘white lion and Mr Talk and do’ as he is fondly christened, was overwhelmingly endorsed and supported by coterie of APC leaders and other political Stalwarts in attendance who spoke glowingly one after the others on his sterling qualities and performances.

The Secretary to the local government, Hon. Prince Abdulfatah Gbadebo who was the compere at the festival like campaign reeled out the stunning achievements of Ogunlewe as construction of over 40 roads with drainages, construction of Customary court, distribution of free GCE and JAMB forms, purchasing of Ambulance and reconstruction of Health centres amongst others which qualified him for returning to office.
Other speakers who spoke highly about the endorsement of Ogunlewe included the leader of APC in Lagos island, Hon, Moshood Mayegun who said one good term deserves another, he enjoined all the good people of Kosofe to troop out on Saturday to vote massively for Moyosore Ogunlewe. In a similar vein, Chairman of Community development committee Kosofe, Hon Segun Babatunde affirmatively confirmed that Ogunlewe had performed exceptionally well in Kosofe, that his reelection is a well-deserved one. He said his performances beat everyone’s imagination.

In his own remarks, the Lagos State Chairman of NURTW, Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Sego thanked President Bola Tinubu for his onerous task of financing the rebirth of their union when it was banned by former Military Administrator of Lagos State, Rtd Brigadier Muhammed Buba Marwa. He lauded Ogunlewe for the wonderful performances he recorded at the space of 4 years.
He called on all the people who love democracy and good governance to vote enmass for Kosofe chairman seeking reelection to continue his good work. “NURTW has a robust relationship with Moyo, we don’t even need to knock his office door before tendering our requests, he had continually aceded to them, l urge you all to go out and renew his mandate”, the union leader appealed to Kosofe voters.

In his speech, the Chief host, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe the Chairman of the council paid a glowing tribute to the president for the removal of fuel subsidy which his local government benefited from immensely, the outcome of which gave his council financial muscles to execute a lot of projects.
Said he “We’re the party of progress, the party of inclusion and the party of results, President Tinubu’s bold reforms and Governor Sanwoolu’s infrastructure revolution and our local government’s community-focused development represents a seamless continuum of purposeful governance”, he urged all the residents of Kosofe council from Oworonshoki to Ogudu, from Maryland to Mende and from Anthony to Ojota to come out in large number to vote APC.
