Press Society Engages with Lagos Police Command for Collaboration | Cliptv Online

Representatives from The Press Society, a non-governmental media organization, paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos Police Command in Ikeja. The visit aimed to introduce the organization, its vision, and explore areas of collaboration with the police.

SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, warmly received the Press Society executives in his office on Saturday, February 10th, 2024.

In a telephone interview with the President of the Press Society, Comrade Elias Abayomi Adagunduro, he highlighted the strategic importance of the visit. It served to familiarize the organization’s goals and objectives with key stakeholders for future partnerships.

“It’s crucial to acquaint ourselves with stakeholders we’ll collaborate with in the future,” said Comrade Elias. “Starting with Lagos Police Command is strategic as our headquarters is in Lagos.”

He further mentioned that the organization would formalize its engagement by sending a detailed letter to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, in the coming days.

SP Benjamin Hundeyin expressed appreciation for the visit and the initiative shown by the Press Society. He eagerly anticipated receiving their letter, signaling the beginning of a fruitful collaboration.
