EMILOKAN 2025: Folashade Oba Declares Leadership Capacity, Will to Lead Ikorodu LGA as Next Executive Chairman | ClipTV Online

Hon. (Dr) Folashade Olabanji-Oba, The Executive Vice Chairman, Ikorodu LGA in Lagos State, and also the National Chairman, Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria (ALGOVC) has restated her commitments to lead the people of Ikorodu Local Government Area come 2025 as the executive chairman of the Council. Following her political predecessor slogan, she declares, “Emilokan 2025”.

Emilokan 2025, is becoming the trend of the day as the popular grassroots leader and social crusader declare this. Folashade made this call during an online chat with community Media practitioners. Intimating them on her leadership interest and capacity to influence positive development into Ikorodu LGA communities.

Folashade Oba, soliciting for support from Ikorodu good people and leaders. She stated “my position as the current Vice Chairman of Ikorodu LGA has equipped better equipped me with the understanding. Understanding of the people, the needs and where to commence developmental action in the Local Government Area.

• Road Network: Construction and rehabilitation of roads to enhance connectivity and economic growth.
• Water and Sanitation: Provision of portable water and improved sanitation systems for a healthier community.
• Quality Healthcare: Upgrading healthcare facilities, including public toilets, to ensure access to quality medical care.
• Education: Rehabilitation and construction of schools to provide conducive learning environments.
• – Empowerment Program: Community, Youths, Widows empowerment programs.
